This video was fun!! 💦 you always have good way to keep attention of people 😎🙌🏻 it's nice for you if you find a way and motivation to drink more water ☺️ the water-challenge was great too 😆💦💦 I drink 2 liters Of water per day (at least) and coffee/tea.. I have a big bottle on my desk when I work 💦some days if I'm out I can't drink it's ok too. I think the most important is to listen your body and "when you're thirsty it's too late, you didn't drink enough say my doctor" so keep going 😃 Have a good day Lydia! ♥️
Just drank some water (thanks for the inspo!) I add trace minerals and also drink at least 1 pack of LMNT unflavored electrolytes per day. If I drink a lot of plain water, it dehydrates me. More water + electrolytes definitely makes me feel better.
I’ve been drinking approximately a gallon of water per day since around 2014, but it’s mostly the only thing I do drink. Not a coffee drinker, and rarely drink tea. My skin is pretty hydrated. ❤
I always thought our bodies had a large % of water but I heard it’s not pure water but rather a gelatinous substance so I’m not sure how important lots of pure water actually is? I struggle to drink it, I never really feel thirsty however I would really benefit from the results you mention. This is after 30 days of drinking 500ml per day?
I think when people say it they mean liquid which is really the base of water. Yes from just 500ml pure water. I’m the same because I drink a lot of herbal tea all day long 😂. Also if you’re like me and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables they have a large water base which obviously all goes towards hydration. For instance I love cucumbers and they are nearly all water. I think it’s interesting that some animals don’t even drink water as they get their water from their food 😮 🚰 😊
Jan de Vries says that it's not good to drink a lot of water, and pure-form water I mean. He says we would never naturally have had access to downing litres of fresh, clean drinking water. He says our bodies don't require these amounts and and they can be deleterious. I might try drinking loads though and see.
I’ve definitely not been drinking loads by any stretch 😊 just more than my normal. I’m a tea lover and drink organic loose leaf hibiscus or mint more often. But I think a couple of glasses of pure water wouldn’t go amiss. 🚰 it’s definitely in this quantity given me notable results 😊 🌊
Thank for inpiration! If I understood you correctly, you drank 500 ml pure water every day. Tell me please, why you are trying to drink it as fast as possible? What's the meaning of counting seconds? Why don't you drink slowly and with pauses, allowing the body to learn water…
Because our water tastes horrible in our home despite having a filter. It has high mineral content and hard water. It is safe as I’ve had it professionally tested. Also when I get myself a glass of water I forget to drink it. So for me this is the best way to ensure I do get some extra pure water. I do drink herbal teas. But as I also drink a coffee each day I like to have an extra glass or 2 of water to compensate for the diuretic effects. 😊 🚰
@@ekaterina.kolchenko I’m trying to limit plastic waste and also be as zero waste as possible. Also our home is very small so there is no cupboard space to store bottles. 😊

Your videos are always fun, relaxing and inspiring! 😊
Thank you ☺️
I didn't expect the last few points you made... They are beautiful realizations, and quite magical too ✨
Thank you ☺️ ✨
Lovely video and well done! I noticed a change when I drank more water but then stopped so today back on it :D
Thank you ☺️ yes 🚰 🐮 🐄 😊
Adding a pinch of Celtic sea salt helps the water to enter into the cells, otherwise most of it is passed out.
That last point was awesome. Water is life, i love it. X
Thank You ☺️ 🌊 x

You can sit in indirect sunlight or overcast light and get vitamin d too.
My body has trouble absorbing it in any form ie: via skin or through food. Something to do with the conversion and melanin production. ☀️
