confused bc most kimchi typically have ginger anyway whereas not as much turmeric,,, so your comment just sounded like a white person telling how to make an ethnic food “better”
That was not my intended meaning. I didn’t mean better in terms of taste but rather with added ginger & turmeric- Which is another variety that particular brand does. That it would be even ‘better’ in terms of health benefits. For a persons gut & inflammation. I did start the statement off with I love Kimchi. Which I thought would have implied my direction and culinary admiration of it.
