I think adding a permanent Onryo build up mori mechanic to Victor would've been way cooler. That way they'd get punished for taking Victor hostage or getting hit by him when not injured. Also makes it so you won't need to always run sloppy to be able to play the killer. And goes without saying this could make twin's add-ons way more fun and diverse.
I think they should keep everything except make Victor a bit slower in general, make his successful attack cool down 5 seconds but in the 5 seconds he walks as slow as nurse after she fatigues, and every subsequent pounce after his first successful one takes longer to charge. Either that or make him Legion to where every hit from Victor puts you in deep wounds. Victor attaches to you on first hit, and you can either choose to come off (and go after another survivor) or switch to Charlette. While Victor is attached, you keep the haste buff and the survivor who has victor on gets the Oblivious status effect.
It makes me sad too man because this is bar none the best twins has ever been. If anyone deserves to be OP for a PTB it’s twins after everything they’ve been through, but now everyone is saying it’s way overturned and they’re gonna get done like Trickster.
Good. Maybe if the devs used their brains for even a split second they would test it out way before they release it to ptb then could play around with her and see that this was the dumbest thing they have literally ever done.
honestly I'm seeing that the best way to counter them may simply be that survivors can't go solo to run the killer. Survivors in pairs can kick victor off each other, deny Charlotte the haste bonus, and keep each other up.
playing against the twins in ptb is a horror show. soloq is awful because everyone just dc's. had the whole team dc on me twice JUST because we were playing against twins. though i can say that victor is hella broken.
I'm not exactly an expert killer, But if i were to give my two cents, a few ways to keep frrom nerfing them into oblivion would be to: Add a lengthier charge for victor before he can lunge, when he misses, add a longer kick window. Re-add the inability to simply call him back when he pins a survivor (it now puts them on the ground, so there isn't as much way to hold victor hostage), make it so when he's kicked, he takes a few seconds longer to return than he currently does.

Twins are now the second most powerfull killer with a low skill ceiling while the nurse is still the strongest but with a very high skill ceiling so basically it's easiest to win with the Twins now
Just keep the actual small tweaks to the power, The only real thing you need to do to fix this rework is to remove the "No longer latching to healthy survivors" part. It was fun to latch to a healthy survivor and then tagteam them with Victor (Or better yet, keep a healthy survivor who is tbagging at the exit gate from leaving), and there was fun and risky counter play with the idea of keeping Victor hostage.
How is this supposed to stop slugging? If anything, this is a better build for slugging. As long as Victor has a down survivor, Charlotte is faster and once Victor is recalled you can just down another person to get that speed boost again. The only real change from before is now you’re spending a little less time as Victor.
I know as The Twins I'm the killer but when the survivors kick my boy 🤬🤬 like nuke Victor was impossible to play against and was HORRIBLE... But on the other hand I never want anyone to hurt lil Victor 😢
Im not an expert. But. Would this be ok if they had a longer Victor respawn and leap time? Like, it should take longer without addon's for him to leap? As well as when he is kicked, increase the time it takes for him to come back?
I kinda like the idea they were trying to go with, especially Victor preventing people from just, picking people up with perks like For the People or Boons. But they could have just. Added that instead of adding the Anti-kick shield. At least for as long as it is while the charge time is the same time.

I don't think its as bad as people are saying, yeah, its certainly strong, but not as bad as nurse or blight in their peaks still. That said, if they're trying to bring all of the killers down a bit, a change that would probably shut everyone up about the twins here is removing victors ability to jump over pallets, i think that alone would make the twins pretty rough to play even, but still have pretty good chase potential if you catch them out in a dead zone. Trees still work pretty well at dodging victor, and imo, this is as per usual, a kneejerk reaction to PTB changes that everyone does. People need to realize that in PTB there is no MMR, you're not gonna get against god squads very often, you're gonna get against idiots who dc/kill themselves on hook if something goes even slightly wrong. I played 10 twins games on ptb and in 8 of them, ALL 4 SURVIVORS dced after a single down.the other 2 of them only 2 of the survs dced. :) I just don't like how the community jumps to "OP NERF NOW" day one, without even giving the changes time to see if they're actually "OP". I feel they should keep the latch on healthy. invulnerable when hitting injured survivors. Take away haste and fix bugs.
All they need to do is make it so Victor can be kicked if he only jumps a few meters but keep it if he hits a snipe he can't be kicked

There is no way bhvr tested the twins and thought this was okay. They spent months on this
