I know everybody credits the rappers, for starting these Trends. But to be real, in NYC The Hustlers were the Trend Setters, my Daddy and Uncle are from Harlem NYC, and they had Avirex Jackets in the 1980's. I saw the Polaroid Photo albums. Even saw a Photo Online with Alpo wearing a Avirex Jacket. The Street guys started most of the trends that everyone else followed!!!
I know THIS is right cause even when I was in High School late 80's to early 90's, the guys labeled as thugs were the ones who were always the best dressed & everyone was trying to look like them...
Mannnn I had a SICK Avirex leather jacket that I bought at a boutique in South Korea, my father ruined it while I had it stored at his house, huge mistake on my part I know. Haven't seen another one like it since.
i just copped me the Methodman Mustard Avirex and got me the pure Red Avirex leathers baggy af' people be looking at me like im from another planet fr fr. they not ready for it these youngens now days never seen this style' im only one looking like i just came out of the 90s time machine.

I currently flex up in the club 2023/4 in my 6XL armour of god Avirex jacket and it gets the looks but I have to admit my white dope ass Pelle Pelle get's even more attention :) I have a new red avirex but to me the new stuff from Avirex is boring.
