Nice video. I'm looking forward to getting the fspec for my WRX soon (BlackFriday!). I live in Texas and rarely see any snow. But would definitely see some rain. What kind of protection would you recommend?
Any of the recommended suggestions in the video would be great, but you could probably get away with just the regular cleaning of the coilover. Though it also depends on how often you see dirt roads or other potential contaminants.
Copy/Paste from your same question on our other video: Yes it is possible, but depending on how much adjustment you are going for it may be easier and faster to remove the lower bolts so the lower mount can spin freely. The weight of the suspension, knuckle, etc can be a bit of a workout on the forearms if you are trying to adjust them while fully installed.
They are technically rebuildable, but we do not offer a service or the individual components. Instead we have full replacement dampers that can be swapped in reusing the rest of the mounts and spring from your set. We go this route to cut down on expensive labor time and prevent unnecessary down time. You can order the dampers ahead of time and typically swap them out in just a couple of hours! I'm thinking about getting these installed but are you saying basically that I'd have to remove these and clean them periodically because I do live in a state that gets snow ice and salt use on the road so I'm pretty sure it's going to get stuck in t 😭here at some point

What was that wax spray again? I think it would help me with my WRX in SW Ohio.
Boeshield T-9. Easy enough to find many places online, I've also seen it at some more industrial focused local stores.
