How cheap is cheap, can it hold up in bad weather, snow, high winds, heavy rain, not worth if it doesn't, especially from Amazon Ebay Walmart etc.

Are these repo's , cus usually park modles have furniture, and the secong one looks like a real older model, are those the 27k ?
