Muslim reported in his Sahīh (1847) from Wā’il Ibn Hujr that: Salamah Ibn Yazeed Al-Ju’fee asked Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ): “O Prophet of Allah, what do we do if we have rulers over us who demand their rights yet they withhold our rights?” He replied: “Listen to them and obey them [regardless]. Upon them is their burden and on you will be your burden.”

Bukhāri (7054) and Muslim (1849) reported from Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever sees from his leader something that he dislikes, then let him be patient with him because whosoever separates from the jamā’ah (i.e. the body of Muslims in a country) even by a handspan, and then dies in that condition, he will die the death of pre-Islamic ignorance (jāhiliyyah).”

Obedience to the ruler, whether he is righteous, pious, sinful or tyrannical is an obligation. Muslim reported in his Sahīh (1836) from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“You are obligated to listen to the ruler and obey him in times of ease and in times of hardship, whether you are pleased or displeased and even when another person is given preference over you (while you were more deserving).”

Ibn Abī ‘Āsim reported in As-Sunnah (1026) and Ibn Hibbān in his Sahīh (4062) from ‘Ubādah Ibn Sāmit (may Allah be pleased with him) that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said:
“Listen to the ruler and obey him when it is hard for you and when it is easy for you, whether you are pleased or displeased, and when others are given preference over you, and even when they consume your wealth and beat your back.” (Delared sahīh by Al-Albāni; see Dhilāl Al-Jannah and At-Ta’līqāt Al-Hisān).

Imam Malik RAHIMAHULLAH was asked about the state of Istawa (Rising Above) of Allah on the Throne, he said Istawa is known but ‘how’ He ascended is unknown. The code of conduct of the AhlusSunnah wal Jamah is as the clear Quran’s verse:“There is nothing like Him.”-Quran (112:4)✔️The correct Aqeeda therefore, is NOT that the Attributes are completely denied as is the way of the Mutazila🔥(A Deviant sect), NOR is it to try to prove them completely as is the way of the Mumathila🔥(Another deviant sect✏Rather the true Aqeeda is to make an affirmation of the Attributes without similitudes/likeness✅SALAFIYYAH✅️_*

@TT-hx9nj okay shaykh al islam. There is a difference between general takfir and applying it to an individual. Imam Ahmad must have been a murji/jahmi in your view as he held back from takfir against a ruler that was forcing people to adopt a kufri belief in aqeedah.
There are numerous scholars on both sides of this argument regarding the one who commits shirk but you seem to have it all figured out. Carry on. Keep calling people jahmiyyah without any reluctance. We are in need of your deeds. Jazakallahu khairan.
Also, please be consistent and takfir Daniel too as his "Shaykh Salik" is a promoter of shirk. Don't do this "one rule for us and another for you" nonsense.

Messenger of Allah, no doubt, we had an evil time (i. e. the days of Jahiliyya or ignorance) and God brought us a good time (i. e. Islamic period) through which we are now living Will there be a bad time after this good time? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes. I said: Will there be a good time after this bad time? He said: Yes. I said: Will there be a bad time after good time? He said: Yes. I said: How? Whereupon he said: There will be leaders who will not be led by my guidance and who will not adopt my ways? There will be among them men who will have the hearts of devils in the bodies of human beings. I said: What should I do. Messenger of Allah, if I (happen) to live in that time? He replied: You will listen to the Amir and carry out his orders; even if your back is flogged and your wealth is snatched, you should listen and obey.

From the hadith above we can extract the following:
1. “There will be leaders who will not be led by my guidance and who will not adopt my ways.” It means the leaders will not follow the shariah.
2. “There will be among them men who will have the hearts of devils in the bodies of human beings.” It means some of them will be extremely evil.
3. We are to follow them even after that.
In addition, there is another hadith in Sahih Bukhari that shines more light to this and your question.
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
The 'Prophet said, "It is obligatory for one to listen to and obey (the ruler's orders) unless these orders involve one disobedience (to Allah); but if an act of disobedience (to Allah) is imposed, he should not listen to or obey it."
So obedience is mandatory as long as the ruler does not mandate disobedience to Allah. Keeping in mind, this is not an evidence for the permissibility of open criticism/revolt of the Muslim ruler.
If you want more detail about advising and criticizing the ruler, there are lectures by Ustadh AbdulAziz Al-Haqqan or Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan which you can listen to. Ustadh AbdulAziz did a 3 part response to DH's videos where he explains everything clearly.
@@monoth4555 No, we should not obey him if he commands you to do something against Islam. But, even if he is oppressive and commands you(of what is halal), we are to obey him and not speak against him or even publicly criticize or advice him. Private advice to the ruler directly is allowed

‘Ubaydullah ibn Abi Rafi’ reported: The Haruriyya (Khawarij) came out against Ali ibn Abi Talib and they said, “There is no rule but for Allah,” (12:40). Shiekh ibn Baz said answering to question about what is status of person who replaces Shariah and rules by man-made laws, you know what he said? Such a person is Kaafir. And many other Sheikhs such as Shiekh Fawzan were asked similar questions regarding the verse of Quran, which roughly translates to anyone who judges by other than what Allah has sent is a Kaafir, Sheikh ibn Utaymeen and Sheikh Fowzan, replied person who judge, implies to people at position of Authority and that includes leaders, judges in courts, and anyone who is in any sort of authority to judge between people or disputes, then such a person is Kaafir it juding by other than shariah is Kufr. Then the Question about Kufr Dana Kufr was also clarified, that in this verse it does not indicate in general that this Kufr attributed to ones at authoritative positions just falls under Kufr dana kufr, rather that a clear misunderstanding of Ibn Abaas's statement.
So if Allah says and the the real scholars agree not the youtube mufti's, then a person who rules by laws of democracy is indeed a Kaafir.
So what is the problem with Muslims when it comes to this clear matter? Why Muslims want to believe that who rules and judges by laws of kufr is still a Muslim when Allah says otherwise and not in just one place but various places on the Qur'an.

Why should i take the good and leave the bad when I can go to a better source, the books of the scholars and the authentic sunnah, and take only the good, because those sources have no bad in it!
The purpose of dawah is to bring people back to their original purpose which is the worship of Allah. It is not to keep refuting liberalism forever. I agree that one of the main problems facing muslims in the west is liberalism, but the reason for that is that most muslims are ignorant. The debates are a band aid; seeking authentic Islamic knowledge is the genuine cure.

“Whoever sees from his leader something that he dislikes, then let him be patient with him because whosoever separates from the jamā’ah (i.e. the body of Muslims in a country) even by a handspan, and then dies in that condition, he will die the death of pre-Islamic ignorance (jāhiliyyah).”
Al-Hāfidh Ibn Hajr said in explanation of this hadeeth that Ibn Abī Jamrah Al-Andulūsi (d. 599H) said:
“The meaning of ‘separation’ is to attempt to break the covenant of allegiance that was attained for this leader - even if one splits away by the smallest degree. So, he gave the similitude of a handspan because even that amount will lead to the spilling of blood without due right.” (Al-Fath 13/7)
It is for this reason that the Imām of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamā’ah, Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (d. 241H) stated in his work, Usūlus-Sunnah as is recorded in Sharhu Usūlil-I’tiqād of Al-Lālikā’ee (1/161):
“It is not permissible for anyone among the people to fight the ruler and nor to rise up against him. And whosoever does that is an innovator, upon other than the Sunnah and upon other than the Straight Path.”

The old is nice because it's short (30-50 minutes)& the tiltes are organized + well named as well as only being about the books. The new one is also nice because it's " modern" with the face cam & display of the book as well as talking about misguidance happening nowadays + it's long (1 hours) with Questions.

I advice you not to listen to non-salafi da'ees, majority of them have limited knowledge of the way of the salaf. They cherry-pick whatever suits them with 0 scholars advising them. Daniel's audience is 80% between 16 and 22 year old virgins(he did a poll once) who have a lot of interest in Islamic Shari'a(which is good) but they haven't even applied the Shari'a on themselves first.
@@samm9318 What you are referring to is khujoor al lisaan(khurooj of the tongue) and it doesn't make someone a Khariji but it can lead to Khurooj.
I am not qualified to speak about this since this is a topic far above my level of knowledge. However, it should be very clear that what Daniel is doing not the same as what Faaris or Mussab are doing. You need to differnciate between someone who deliberately does it all the time(like Daniel) and someone who does it to address the mistake.

Both Webb and DH are not to be taken seriously. The people who you should be following are not known to the public generally and you most certainly SHOULD NOT be taking your deen from someone who makes a living from content relating to your deen.

He is not someone to take knowledge from. He's not an Imam and he's not a scholar. He's a Harvard grad. What is that? Do yourself a huge favor ask Allah for guidance. Our Islam is based on the Quran and Sunnah not on who the agent tyrant dogs of the kuffar. You should try following Quran and Sunnah it's called al Islam.
