I feel like my mouth tolerance is advancing way quicker than my stomach, as in I can handle the burn but I start to feel a little nauseous almost immediately and it lingers for a bit. Is there anything I can do about that? I try to eat food before every pepper.
I knock back a tums before eating super hots and it seems to work well. Also a tea spoon of coconut oil help's.
I can’t do it. I used to eat super hot stuff when I was pregnant believe it or not, I craved spicy noodles and hot peppers.. not the super hots

I love eating raw ghost peppers. they have a great flavor and the heat build up is great with these beauties. thanks for the upload. The Ghost Peppers I get are grown in Germany called Melissa's Farm Ghost pepper.

Hey Johnny, so I got a question. Do you still get capsaicin cramps after eating hot peppers? Last night I ate my first Carolina reaper and it honestly wasn’t that bad. But once it hit my stomach. I understood why it’s called the reaper. Will the stomach cramps go away as I build tolerance?

The ghost is my favorite. I like going nuts with hotter ones like scorpions or reapers, but man when I just want a good pepper to spice up my food and enjoy, my go to is the ghost.
Just ate my first fresh ghost pepper watching this video, really good flavor but not as oily as the one you had but it did have some kick to it still. I am just pretty hyped I finally tried one of these.

I had a serious question for you. I love spicy food and love to dabble in things like salsa and hotsauces that have ghost and reapers in them. I cant eat them often because its like draino to me. Do you do anything before eating some of the things you do to prepare your stomach. or have you you just naturally built up a tolerance to them. There is a Wing eating challenge at my local sports bar that uses Ghost pepper sauce and the winner gets a t shirt if they complete it. Silly i know, but its something id like to knock off my bucket list.
So funny! I grew red ghosts for the first time this year and what I usually do to measure the heat is eat about 1 grams worth. These peppers are almost at my tolerance limit. I've yet to find a pepper I can't tolerate and I've eaten reapers and scorpions. Anyway I made a batch of salsa with these puppies and OMG was it good. The only drawback was running out of chips to dip in. I've a cast iron stomach so I don't get any of the gastric distress a lot of people get, just maybe a little exit heat. As for the scoville rating of these cultivars it must be well over a million imo. As far as the Wuhan flu it just immolates on contact with my body due to the high level of capsaicin in it.

I typically eat habaneros whole all the time , and use ghost pepper hot sauce often and have a semi good tolerance.
Have not however eaten any of the super hots whole , yet.
I sprinkle ghost pepper powder on allot of things I'm not a chili head but I like a nice burn with my meal. The only thing I don't like is the tip of the tongue burn. I can deal with the rest of my mouth
