Anthony Marshall I feel like putting himself in so many social situations in these videos, since he started the channel has helped him come out of his shell. I wouldn’t say he was ever truly socially awkward, but clearly has dealt with anxiety and difficult interactions with people. So he’s basically doing exposure therapy with these videos, helps you get over your fears and anxieties by getting out of the comfort zone constantly.
i'm a socially awkward person, so i don't mean to offend anyone. there's nothing wrong or bad about the way he carries himself, it's just a little bit abnormal. he doesn't try to fit in socially, he lacks eye contact skills, etc. i think it's really beautiful and i genuinely love the way he is.

It's easy to fall into that dark circle were you forget how good you can actually feel when all you feel is depression. Just got to push through it even tho you don't even feel like getting out of bed in the morning. Meet new people, build good social circles and do things you enjoy that will improve yourself as a person. That, working out and meditating helped me allot. Don't know anything about you, first video i have seen with you.. Just keep pushing through it no matter how much that bad feeling creeps up on you and i swear it will all change as long as you keep being consistent doing things that are good for you.
