most of these were filipino food. the rice balls are called carioca. the embutido is made out of ground pork, carrots, hard boiled eggs, some recipes include raisins. the embutido can be steamed or fried depending on your preference. the street food were also filipino. from what i saw there were deep fried quail eggs. the ones on the stick are called isaw. they can be made from chicken or pig intestines but the seller was selling pig isaw. chicken isaw is skewered in a squiggly way. isaw is grilled with a sweet umami sauce.
Judging from their accents I'm assuming it's Jamaican, if I've learnt anything from my grandma's cooking, the whole fish spaghetti thing is just some cut spaghetti with nondescript fish, veggies, beans and stewed soup along with a few dumplings.
