Del, no one deserves it better then you, and to think I was on your first album, the Arholie label. Ioved your music since I was 16, now I'm 66. So many stories I could tell, so many good memories. I love you and the family, God Bless all!

Del can sing anything well. Blue grass is one form of folk music. I would like to see Del work on some of the folk songs as he did in an album some time back. He is a national Treasure.

Del McCoury is NOT a National Treasure. He's an INTERNATIONAL treasure. Sorry USA, you don't get to keep him. Also, the interviewer showed how it should be done. Respectful, knowledgeable and allowing Del to tell his story with minimal interruption. Very professional.

Hey Del (you're probably not reading this)! You know how KY is called the Blue Grass state, NC is the Tarheel state, etc.? Well, CA is called the Golden State. That's how the Golden State Boys got their name. Didn't Skip Conover play dobro in the GSB?
