Nice .... do you have a beeper or something in your plane(s) because if it somehow ends up in those cornfields it will be hard to find .... Been there , done that, growing corn also ......
nice project, maybe i can use your 3d mirage design for my balzac project. our rc vtols are printed in LW-PLA, and new in LW-PLA-HT from colorfabb to reduce the weight to the max, good luck with your projects.
Thanks, also nice work from you. I have just visited you channel. I'm already designing a new LW-PLA-HT version of the Mirage. I never considered LW-PLA before due to the limited heat resistance. But with the new LW-PLA-HT things has changed :-)
Nice model chosen, I love the Mirage III. Did you copy the airfoil from the real one, or did you make it from an RC standard airfoil? I'm modeling it in 3D, but not for printing, just for animation and so, and I'd like to model it "perfect" as the real one, but the very few blueprints I found online, are too "sketchy" and the airfoil frames don't match at all from one to other. Wish you good luck on your business, I know it's made with illusion.
Thanks, I don't use the airfoil from the original Mirage. My 3d printed version has a symmetrical NACA airfoil and flies pretty well with it. Happy modeling ;-)
Well done!
