I already chatted in another video about my fibromyalgia. But I have those exact symptoms lately and can barely walk my dog without stopping frequently and bending and pausing due to the pain. Then I continue for a bit until I need to stop again. Sitting is fine. Standing still is fine for a while. Walking is worse. I'm not totally unfit. I could jog if it didn't hurt.
