This is sound advice for the unfaithful, however it would help the betrayed to learn more about limerence and dopamine addiction. My husband had every red flag and treated me with contempt for 5 months (with one relapse period). If I hadnt listened to Sam’s older video’s I would not have had the patience or knowledge that this will end. He finally has been seeing a developmental trauma specialist and has made a 180 turn around. Now the work begins. Thank you.

Would love more info on trama brain. I relate alot to your podcast and find them helpful in my situation. Although I'm not in any kind of therapy or treatment at this point (7 months since finding out my husband cheated on me for the second time) your videos help me to move forward. Hoping they continue. Thank you.

My husband is quite mad at the knowledge your channel gives me and the fact it validates me and enables me to uphold my boundaries.

"Putting our partner first" requires sincere intent and commitment, mental strength, internal stability as in not being divided - the opposite is (what you get is): I cannot imagine how you must feel (says the unfaithful)? (And therefore, I am not empathic; I am a victim too; Searching any, and also the smallest of the betrayed mistakes and pushing them forward to shift the blame); I found no one to whom I could confide (therefore I will stop trying to find ( the unfaithful) professional help, just living like this, denying accountability)....
