    That's a nice bunch of useful information. I always like the grays you put on as shadows.

    Hello Martin. Very interesting video with the diluted ink. I know you have talked about your small clipboard on an earlier video but I was wondering what size it is and if it is available on Amazon? I appreciate your videos and your time and effort that you put into them. See you next time!🖋️🎨🖌️

    Nice tutorial. A silly question: how do you cut paper into smaller ones?

    • @MartinLachmairArt
      @MartinLachmairArt  4 месяца назад +1

      Thank you. I fold the paper and then tear it into two pieces using a pallet knife.

    Love your tutorials asi have just happened upon them! You are great to watch and I learn a lot! Thankyou!
    I have a small question.. when you mark the ink bottle 2/10 does that mean 2 parts ink to 10 parts water and so on?

    • @MartinLachmairArt
      @MartinLachmairArt  4 месяца назад

      Hi thank you so much for your kind words! The numbers are only for orientation, so 1/10 would mean it’s such a light grey that you can hardly see it anymore. 5/10 a middle gray and 10/10 black ink. A pipette is very helpful to “darken” the clear water step by step!

    Very interesting technique.
    However, in addition to the autofocus problem, the audio isn't very good because you can hear too much traffic. If someone could tell you how to adjust the microphone, that would be great.
    Thank you very much for your very inspiring videos

      Thank you for your helpful feedback! Yes, I know about these problems when filming outside (near a street) next time there will be better audio like in my other tutorials!

    Hi Martin,can I use bulletproof inks after dilution inside my fountain and what are the ratios of water content ,for dilution I use dropper

    • @MartinLachmairArt
      @MartinLachmairArt  4 месяца назад +1

      That’s a good question! I wouldn’t use normal waterproof ink in fountain pens, even when it’s diluted, because the individual particles are still too big I think.

    Is that diluted gray iink or black ink diluted to gray?

    • @MartinLachmairArt
      @MartinLachmairArt  4 месяца назад

      Hi, it’s black waterproof ink diluted with water 🖋️

  • @LordZontar
    @LordZontar 4 месяца назад +1

    You had your camera switched to autofocus and each time you brought your pen into frame the lens honed in on that rather than the board. Set your focus manually and lock that setting and you shouldn't have that problem in future videos.

      You are absolutely right, I forgot to change the AF to MF, what I did in the second part of the video 🖋️👍

      Thank you for your helpful feedback! You are right, I spend some days in Poland for drawing and outside it was really noisy. Sorry for that.
