I have the open comb version too, and yes it's a very aggressive razor. I shave on sitting 4, for some reason it gives a better result than on the lower sittings. But it's more of an display razor than a weekly driver due to the aggressiveness.

Intrigued by this one kevy. I had a pearl flexi it was OK for me but I just keep running back to my short handle de89 so I sold it. This looks great though, never tried an open comb either. Tempting

if your still looking for an o/c i recomend parker 24/26 it is slightly more aggresive than a de89

Great shave. I finally got an open comb razor, namely the Fatip Piccolo. It’s very efficient and moderate aggressive, but it works well for my coarse stubble. It would be a little too much to use when I have 3 or less days growth, but I love that razor all in all. What’s your favorite OC razor? Have a good one!

This safety razor definitely fascinated me, the design is robust, masculine and the grip is phenomenal, in my eyes it is like Thor's hammer!!! (Lol 😂) By the way, you should use open comb versions more often, don't let me lie that the shave is closer 😉😉
