Hi Tohid, Thank you for the video, really helpful. I just want to ask how can we add a bar display to show the level in the tank and what changes do we need to make in the Ladder Logic?
In IL, CAL calls the instance of a function block. CAL ( := , := ) Example Call of the Inst instance of a function block with assignment of the input variables Par1 and Par2 with 0 or TRUE. CAL Inst(Par1 := 0, Par2 := TRUE);
I know that this is 4 month late, but anyone could find the PLC's PDF on Bookfi. Just serach Programmable Logic Controllers, 4th Edition by Frank D. Petruzella
Latch and Unlatch are kind of contacts that keep their state, until they receive a new command, unlike the normal contacts. This means that one a Latch contact is made True, it will remain True or closed until it is unlatched, or in other words it receives a command to become False or open.
