Dear Arjan and Linda I am recovering from a stroke I had in October 2022. I had a stroke in the left side of the brain, so it infected my right hand and leg. Luckely it hasn't affected my talk or brain function except the less of energy you are talking about. I went to hospital for four days and then luckily I went to a local rehab place , where I learned to use what was left of abilities, not trying to start from scratch . In the bed on the hospital I used openai to tell me what to do to recover from stroke. I am already a psykotherapist, so I am trained to look at the word more holistic. So after watching this in any way great video , I can see that I already did almost everything of your suggestions 8 out of 10: Food=more veggies ,Meditation/mindfullness, easy yoga= mostly breathwork, nutricions, change medications to as natural as possible, interval training, weight combined with balance. Right now I use my own skills to speed up the neurogenesis, by imaginary/hypnosis work with the help of the placebo. It is a very interesting travel I am on. I still need to get better in balance, so I can skip my nordic walking sticks, but your fine work Linda and Arjan make me feel a little less lonely in this proces. Hope to meet you one day in Cyprus or Sweden , or Spain if you have plans to go there some day. Keep the good work❤ Bo from Denmark

Thank you for your willingness to share your knowledge and wisdom with us..It's my Husband who has had a Thalemic stroke in 2018...with gut and urinary complications. And extreme fatigue....As primary care giver, I can tell you that at first MY brain was flooded with this big change not only for my husband but for me and our life...I knew I had to get grips of my thinking first to help him the best I can...Dr.Caroline Leaf had the best impact for me at the time and now you, Arjan helping both myself and Harlan really understand some important concepts...can't wit to learn more...thank you again.

I have found vitamin B multi-complex very effective in combating fatigue after a brain haemorrage.

I have been through this. Collapsing in the afternoon and unable to stay awake.
Having tried several supplements, the best one is Vitamin B Multi-complex.
It has been amazing and I no longer crash in the afternoon.

Does this apply to me, because I had my ischemic stroke 3 yrs ago. Aside from learning to
walk again, (very poorly), I have little progress. My insurance co, thinks thats good enough and won't pay for anymore therapy. (6 mos) The fatigue is awful. It's hard to do the exercises I learned at home & now its getting painful too. I don't want to give up, HELP!

Sorry to hear about your ischaemic stroke and challanges. I've had a brain haemorrage and starting experiencing severe fatigue to the extent I would collapse and have no energy.
So, I started testing different supplements.
The best one is Vitamin B multi-complex.
It has been amazing and I no longer crash in the afternoon.
Hope you might find this useful :)
I've had to research a lot myself to get better.

Have you guys worked with younger stroke victims? I had strokes at 13 and 6 years later fatigue is still overwhelming

After a lot of experimentation, I have found, of all things, Vitamin B Multi-Complex very hepful in overcoming fatigue after a brain haemorrage. Hope this helps :)

I agree with you. High intensity is walking around in my kitchen! I have to grab countertops to stay upright. 1 year post TBI
