I think that hard braking corner at 2:00 can be taken much much faster, it feels like you lost a lot of momentum and the evo massively caught up to you, though that might just be because of better brakes on the evo. When I play this map, I tend to hook front wheels in the gutter sliding around it, but that’s with a different 86 and I don’t know how this drift 86 feels exactly.
I totally agree with that, I think theres a better way to take that corner but I just haven't discover it yet, still at a very early stage of grinding the track, theres definitely some lines that I havent unlock just yet
@@Paimonchuchuchu I’ve been driving this map for like 2 months so it’s not that much but I was driving the TSRB 86 and it has 150 bhp and I got down to 5:00 flat on it. I think that’s pretty decent but I don’t drive awesomely, I think you’re a much better driver than me (I only have like 100 hours in A/C lol). In the corners towards the end of the map that have gutters/ dips in the asphalt on the inside edge, if you go in from the outside of the corner and then clip the front tires into the ditch, it ends up being very fast. This is with a 150 bhp car though, not as much acceleration lol

Ive come to the conclusion i broke my game somehow after watching you drive. The way you grip and recover is the complete opposite of my experience. I can mimic exactly what you do but my car will slide like im on zero grip into a wall even going slower and in the same exact cars… im not sure why but i dont want to reinstall my game because its too big for all of that lol
the 86 is the official ae86 drift from kunos japanese pack DLC, and the map have not released publicly just yet I believe, but you can also buy on projectkaido's patreon page. I've heard that it would be free once its actually released.
you can't really say you beat the other car if the other car is on your bumper the whole time even if you crossed the finish line first, i've just watched the video again, i don't think i did any defending because the other car is not close. you can also try downloading the evo and have some fun yourself ! i provided the download in the comments i think. the settings for the ai is 100% strength and 100% aggression
I think you should learn left foot braking you can be faster and also carry more speed to exit of the corner Also try to use keichi tsuchiya's techniuqe which he shifts gears too much so the car can stay in the rev range and also he blips the gas pedal during cornering again for car to stay in the rev range You dont have a turbo or too much powerful engine these techniuqes might help you if you learn them
In a manual, unless you're clutchless shifting, then it's better to heel and toe. Clutchless shifting can be hard on a car and was really only used in rally for manual cars. It still is but they have dog boxes so it doesn't matter. I like to simulate how I would actually drive so that I don't brake the car, personally
