Let's get started.
First set the tripod and winch machine in position and start the winch machine
Put them the canter of the pile point and bore them with the beller
Then canter the beller in the middle of the pile point. After that boring with the beller
Use clean water in the bore hole while boring the beller. After that clean the mud siol from the bore hole completely.
Use clean water always to beller boring
After the beller boring install the casing in proper position here we have install the casing by applying force from upper side and by making the bottom soil (below the casing) after installing the casing remove soil from the casing .
Now let's install the chisel inside the casing.
There is an adapter on the top surface of the chisel,
There is a threads inside the adapter, with which the threads of the drill road are rotated and joined and connected to each other.
Now the 1st drill road is started boring by connecting with chisel.
With this process, the drill road is boring together with another drill road.
Boring is done according to the originator of the boring depth.
Once the boring is complete, the dill road is removed one by one.
At the end, the chisel is also removed.
Now the bottom cage is inserted into the bore.
And then the middle cage or top cage is inserted.
After that welding of vertical rod is done by giving lapping as per requirement.
The outer ring is then tied to the banding wire in the lap area. And then welding is also done.
The tremie pipe is then lowered from the inside of the cage to the bottom of the boring.
The bore is then washed with water by running a vertical pump with a flinch of the tremie head.
Before washing the density of water,1.05 and after that wash 1.1
Hydrometer is used to measure water density
The casting is started by applying a hopper after being bore washed.
The tremie pipe is removed when casting is done.
The casing is removed at the end after tremie bottom.
