What does selling the notes to investors mean? Does that mean he sold them for less than their worth so he can get the cash now but still leave some left for the new buyer?
How much are you paying for the civil engineering to draw up the Tract map? And once you have the engineering study do you submit that to the city for approval or once a piece sells? Thanks! This method is 👌
We have been doing major/minor rural subdivisions since 1994. We haven't sold any of our notes. However, I can see the benefits of cashing-out to do another deal without the pain of the banks. If you don't mind sharing, who is buying the notes? Many thanks for sharing...it has been a great business for us.

You only need a surveyor and stay far enough out of the areas that require approval. That is where your due diligence comes in.
