Hope fully eco can improve the road plan before the development complete..1200++ houses so need to think about the access road...somemore build in front of the tropicana houses area..so please don't take for granted on the access road..be in mind that kajang 2 round about also pack in the morning...and coming soon mirai kajang 2 also will be completed... i don't know why MPKJ not upgrade the main road from roundabout kajang 2 towards to bandar tek..sure the park area will me more people coming in...and also pack the road area at tropicana housing..this all need to take into account ...

My experience staying in eco Majestic township, developer always wanted to keep area look standard, prestige but the quality of fabrication is not really on par with the price tag (Rm600k??😅) internet reception is so poor .. water pressure really really bad.. i have to install a filyer for a rented property in order to survive for 1 year renting contract..road conditions is speechless, the tunnel cover and bumpers are causing driver surprise, and lubang everywhere... big no no for me.. even though i am not owner of the house😅
Hi Sean, you forgot to mention that from this site you can directly access to Persiaran Bangi via the flyover over the KTM track. This will lead you to Seremban highway and Putrajaya
there is a Billion Supermarket facing frontage of jalan semenyih road where is located in the bandar teknologi kajang commercial area. the kajang famous curry noodle also in bdr tek. access points are very convenient where you could easily come from seremban by using Lekas highway, using SIlk highway to access to sg long, ioi city mall, putrajaya, using grand saga highway from cheras to get into bdr tek, easy access to bandar baru bangi & the rafflesia international school is just beside the tropicana height community. Kajang 2 KTM station for you to transit in KTM kajang for the mrt which is just 1 station away from kajang 2 station.
Got temple or not, not important.. please think before you buy.. exist residents around this area already very frustrated with the current traffic condition..

We currently paying average 30 time ratio/30 PE for properties which probably only 30/40% of this value are for utility and large part (60%) of the premium were for store of value. In the past we have no choice but not we have an asset (Bitcoin) that priced at 2 to 5 P/E that is much better store of value over time and space. It's obvious in times ( over 5 to 20 years) to come this will collapse the price of most stocks and real estate which current priced at average 30 P/E
Improvement from developers surely from cost saving and maximizing profit.. may not be in form of user’s benefit 😅 Peak hours traffic at the moment is already unbearable especially at the roundabout connecting kajang silk and bangi.. i dont know how MPKJ will solve this issue with upcoming developments ariund it
I'm the buyer of duduk in Johor Eco Botanic ( Sayoung ). I have heard that the developer will provide tiles for common corridors instead of cement rendering cause too much KL buyer complaint about this

Please don't buy here.. the road just not able to accommodate even the existing traffic. Access is limited either thru Kajang 2 (the roundabout is a nightmare) or Bandar Tek (it will takes addition 15minutes and a toll to enter SILK). Why buy an apartment in areas of inconvenient? Not near to any amenities nor public transport. It is just Tropicana abandone this piece of commercial land and sell it to EW.. There is no lifestyle here other than inconveniences. This Duduk is not going to benefit the residents, nor to the investors nor to the ppl who are already living here..
This is purely from the perspective of the existing owners of the houses around. Thanks for sharing but I don’t think we can ever stop developments from taking place. Too bad the intial plan from the previous developer couldn’t be fulfilled resulting in a new block of residences:/
Terrace houses should be banned now as despite being a landed houses, no one is enjoying the land because 100% is fully cemented to park 2 cars and another 1-2 cars is park along the road and make the road become a single lane like a poverty zone road! It also take up so much oil palm or rubber plantations or forest! A high rise buildings should be encouraged to totally replace terrace with no land for garden!
