@wagonworks803 amazing video man definitely earned a sub. I own a samurai myself and always wanted more info on the jj since it's such a unheard of concept. cool to finally see a video done on it and learned a lot more now about the jj concept 👍
@koenshawty that’s is awesome to hear, thanks a lot! How’d you like owning your Suzuki… they are pretty cool vehicles I’d love to own one. I’m planning on making more videos just like this. Check out my Jeep history prototype playlist that’s on the channel! - Garrett
@wagonworks803 samurai works amazing off road mine has a minor lift and slightly bigger mud tires on it. if you do get one they are easy to work on. only issues I am having is with the carburetor so I would suggest swapping it to fuel injection like I want to do or even put in a more powerful engine from the suzuki sidekick or geo tracker
i learned to vdrive a stick in my friends suzuki samurai.... what a lesson!!! no HP, no torque, you had to be right on... i had a renault alliance 2 door, 5 speed, lovely little stick, i had almost 200,000 miles on that little car, WITH ORIGINAL HEAD !! they were very prone to warping....
Sounds like the good ol days!!! Way before my time 😆 It’d be pretty cool to own or even just drive a Samurai… thanks for sharing! Subscribe for Jeep history videos every Wednesday @ 7pm and follow my 86 Wagoneer project on the channel! - Garrett / Sla Automotive Art
It's too bad they couldn't have kept their focus on the original idea, especially with the Samuri failing before long due to rollover issues. Jeep is currently kicking around a small off-roader and there is still demand I think, see Mahindra Roxor. Some of those JJ concepts also look a bit like the original Compass and the Liberty that replaced the Cherokee.
I agree, they should’ve stuck with it and never put the idea to rest. Maybe one day they’ll building something like it. Thanks for watching! Subscribe for Jeep history every Wednesday @ 7pm and follow my 86 Wagoneer project on the channel! - Garrett / Sla Automotive Art
