- After rear brake failure on my 03 Suzuki SV 650, I rebuild the master cylinder, add a steel braided brake line, and bleed the system.
Thanks for your recording, it really helped me since I have not done this before. I was able to rebuild rear master cylinder, bleed front and rear brakes, rode for test, and all worked.
I just bought a 2007 sv650! Wish there were more videos from you about them. :) You make great content!
Thanks, I appreciate it, I will try to make more videos with the sv in the future.
Need to do this myself, must have an air leak or something. Fluid is full but I have nothing at all on the brakes. Looks easy enough.
Clear instructions, good video and audio.
Can I just make the point that scraping with a screw driver and using a wire brush should be avoided. Always use something much softer than those parts, such as a brass (wire) brush.
O would have liked to see the front brake master cylinder, but I guess the principles are very similar.
Thanks!
how to did u remove the rubber boot to access the snap ring
great video. Helped me do the job myself, and saved a lot of money! Thank you
Thanks! I’m glad it helped
