If you cook in high heat with a lot of oil or butter, and you pour the steak into the skillet at the right time, then the steak shouldn't be absorbing too much of that butter.

For video purposes, obviously he can’t show the resting process cuz it’s literally just the steak sitting there and this is a short so he only has a small amount of time for the video.

The American Heart Association got it ALL wrong simply bcuz they listened to 1 doctor who had this idea but it was NEVER backed up by true research. Then in 1980 they introduced the food pyramid which is ALL wrong as well & it's the hydrogenated oils & seed oils along w/large amounts of grains & corn fillers in foods as well as the feed they've giving to our meat producers coupled w/large amounts of sugar & corn syrups that have been clogging ppls arteries & making them sick & giving Type II Diabetes to ppl. But REAL butter & grass-fed meats are good & healthy for us & don't clog our arteries. What do you think our ancestors ate? Oatmeal, skim milk, & whole grain toast w/a pat of margarine? Hell No! They ate a half bloody cow, or deer, elk, goat, & they drank their milk straight from the tit & they lived very long lives. So use your brain & do some research, it could actually save & prolong your life in a healthier way.
