    I got chills from reminiscing to this.. I played this back in 2002 in Jr High.. I played percussion but loved the song so much I picked up a trumpet and mastered this song on it also

    I got chills. Reminded me when I played bass drum in school

    at :40 that one drummer on the right just gets into the groove of it and i wish the whole band had put that much soul into it. Ska isn't a genre for standing in place just playing the notes.

      That's ONE spicy Mormon... His family probably had him ex-communicated.

      There you have it, the difference between a drummer and a percussionist.

      Truthfully I think the flair is helping with his timing more than anything else.

    They need one warped horn that can mimic Dicky's gravelly voice on the "ARRRRRRRGGGHHHHVE NEVER HAD TO KNOCK ON WOOD" part 😎

    Being a huge fan of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones I am curious as to why you chose this song to play a Homecoming Devotional?

    • @angielewis9838
      @angielewis9838  3 года назад +4

      My daughter, who was in the band, says it's one of their favorites. The main purpose of the homecoming devotional is to bring school spirit and the band is their to hype up the crowd.

      They did a great job, Dickie Barrett (lead singer) and the rest of the band would approve.

    This is impossible in the Netherlands. Thanks to the government who is not interested in music at all.

    Sort of odd to see this relatively obscure song resurrected for a marching band performance after all this time.
