Mayo 'N Garlic Eggs
Ingredients:
6 eggs
3 tbsp chopped spring onion (green part)
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp crushed pepper
a pinch of salt
Procedure:
1. Boil 6 eggs and cut them in half.
2. Remove the boiled yolk.
3. Put the boiled yolk in a bowl. Mash it.
4. Add 3 tbsp chopped spring onion (green part), 1 tsp mustard paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise, and 1 tsp crushed pepper. Mix.
5. Add a pinch of salt if needed. Mix.
6. Place the filling on the egg whites.
7. It's done!
