March 2024 GIFTS Church Coordinator Update

Hello Church Team!
Hope you are all doing well, staying healthy and encouraged in your ministries.
The April Calendar is up! Here are your links:
April Breakfast Calendar : 22/30 Available! (signup.com/go/...)
Served at 6:30 during the week and 7:15 on weekends/holidays, we certainly welcome what you can provide, including shelf stable breakfast foods.
April Front Desk Calendar : 29/30 Available! (signup.com/go/...)
Have a ministry of presence! Opportunities run from 5:00 to 9:00 every evening.
April Dinner Calendar : 13/30 Available! (signup.com/go/...)
Served at 6:30 every evening. Like breakfast, we welcome any meal that can be provided, including pre-made meals that can be dropped off ahead of time.
April Overnight Calendar : All 17 Available! (signup.com/go/...)
Volunteer or Sleep - it's up to you. You ensure our employed Guests can reenter the shelter and provide watch in the overnight hours. Opportunities run from 9:00pm to 6:00am Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday into the next morning.

Humane Society Adoption Event: Saturday, March 9th at 10:00 - GIFTS Thrift Store.
Community Open House: Wednesday, March 27th at 10:00 - GIFTS Men's Shelter.
Evening of Inspiration: Tuesday, May 7th at 5:30pm - Glen Erin Golf Club.
Spirit Week - September 23rd -27th - Details to come!
Lastly, we are always asking for your help, and we certainly appreciate you and your congregations! But any good relationship is a two-way street, so may I ask, what can we be praying for you? As Holy Week nears, many will be visiting and considering attending church, we pray that the Lord will be with you and your congregation as you open your doors to welcome them.
