I think this scene should have been a second chance for Connor to go deviant. Honestly, if anyone could have convinced him at this point, it would have been the person he had spent so much time with it caused him to question his programming.
It's true and you should say it! I feel like David Cage got lost writing all the endings tbh. Should have kept Hank/Connor relation in focus, but he got lost in the "Big Revolution" vagueness too much.
The problem is, Connor is clearly very cold and heartless in this chapter. He's fully embraced the machine part of himself. He threw away his one chance at being on the good side. Now he had ruined his relationship with Hank, even if he leaves the rooftop quietly. Heck, he can flat out KILL HANK in two different ways. Hank was what kept Connor "Human". Without him, there is no hope for Connor
I remember I got my sister to play all of Kara's parts, my brother in law to play markus and me to play all of connor's parts and what happened was my sister got Kara's good ending, Iand my brother in law played violently, so I as connor played as machine connor to stop my brother in law and when we got to this scene i killed off hank and everyone was shocked, but if you can do something like what the 3 of us did and play each character separately i would recommend it, it was very fun and interesting, seeing as all three aren't controlled by one

@@SR2NormandyEnjoyer very true! What I meant by "wrong" choices was that a vast majority of players would probably prefer a happy ending on their first try. But if someone got here intentionally then they get to be rewarded with the most heartwrenching Connor soundtrack
I guess Conner would have reacted, as far as Hank first had to reach the gun, and then also waste time putting back the magazine which was unloaded at the beginning of the fight by Connor _(for sure, because if you choose option to reach gun during the fight there is only one bullet in it)_

This scene and music breaks my heart more than anything in this game. Not because Connor fights Hank but because after all Hank went through. Hank acts like a hero fighting against the thing that broke him and his family. It hurts to see Hank doing what is truly right against what he thought was his partner and the one who reminded him of his son. Through most of the story you think Hank is just one of these laid back cops who doesn't really enjoy his job due to his sons passing. Honestly when this scene plays I tear up to just think of what an amazing Human hank is.
I can tell this song is from the scenario where Connor have hank on the ledge, then save him, then he rushes at you, and Connor or Hank goes off the ledge.
1:17 This part always gives me chills.. Especially that shot at the end of the fight when they show you connor holding Hank as the camera rolls sideways. One of the most intense moments of the game! Can't believe DBH is already 6 years old. Feels like I only discovered it less than one year ago.

I wish this song played when Connor and Markus Fight eachother too in the Revolution if you choose to fight with Connor the first 50 seconds is just so perfect for that epic final fight between the two. Just goes perfect with Terminator Version of Connor

İn one of my playthroughs i let Hank push Connor off the edge after sparing him. Stopping the revolution is not a problem for me, but i can't kill Hank.
