Great video, Mike. I have always thought of meditation, but it never went that deep and therefore thought meditation does not work but I will have to try this because I have had dreams if waking up in my future selfs own home and what his room looks like and makes me think I CAN VISUALIZE myself.
I remember the first time I visualized that specific meditation and the next week I signed my first publishing deal with Sony for my writing and it’s so powerful
