The problem is that Hybe doesn't invest in their groups equally, they need to teach the girls how to handle their ear pieces not working. Like how TxT were covering their ears to help them hear themselves.
They invest where they'll be getting money. They know bgs are fan based thus no marketting for them. And know ggs ate gp driven thus doing every possible marketing for them
It’s not actually about ear pieces not working - idol never have ear pieces in during encores to begin with. That’s the whole “hardship” about encores (+ having to sing live whether you want it or not of course). It’s just about learning to sing regardless of the circumstances or finding ways to help yourself when it’s hard - like txt did here because the fans were loud and they could not hear a thing without an ear piece, so they covered one ear each

TxT was trained under bighit before hybe acquisition, tws trained under pledis and bighit from way before hybe, enhypen were also done training during hybe acquisition, boynextdoor was trained by zico, seventeen was slaying since beginning... These girl groups are all those trained (not vocally tho) after hybe acquisition... Hybe only knows pyola nothing else
le sserafim and newjeans were trained before hybe acquisition too so i dont see your point. it isnt a hybe thing its the labels. belift debuted girls with little to no training but their encore was bad because they were sobbing between their lines, enhypen took a few years of training after debut to have all them be able to sing live and stable. source music had great vocal training for gfriend but seemed to get cheap and only hired cheap vocal trainers after they disbanded because chaewon and yunjin are the best vocalists in the group but they both had training outside of source music before they joined there, sakuras vocals have improved but jpop doesnt have much vocal training so her vocals were never strong to begin with. ador collected half of newjeans through source music and the rest were celebrities before they even began training and hyein was already an idol so they likely just sent them offers to audition and they accepted but they all trained for less than a year at ador before debut so they didnt get much training there but they did already have solid foundations either with their own jobs or training before ador. the problem isnt hybe, its the labels
enha were trained mainly under bighit before participating in i-land some of the the members (jungwon) trained under other companies like sm before moving to bighit, bighit trained boy groups definetely do not miss. i also just feel that the girl groups debuting in hybe entirely aren't ready and that doesn't even have anything to do with their age, it has everything to do with their training, jungkook, jungwon, sunoo, in fact all of enha, hyuka and terry have been eating since their debut despite debuting at young ages because again despite their young ages they trained for at least 2 years, terry trained for 3 years, hyuka trained for 2 years and 6 months, jungkook trained for 2 years, and despite riki only training for 9 months he's still eating because he was ready to debut. the type of training these idols go through must be extremely different too because the bgs are hard carrying the talent in hybe right now. if you compare the legendary bighit trainee yeonjun's level of talent and calibre to what hybe deemed the best female trainee (yunjin) the difference in level even at yeonjun's debut is very evident which makes me very confused as to how different their standards are.
@@inimmzenha definetely did not take a few years after debut to be able to sing live and stable, heeseung, jungwon and sunoo have been putting out perfection since debut, the other members just required a little bit of time to start feeling comfortable and confident, i'd say it was a year max before they started eating. as a 2015 army and predebut enha stan who's watched their progress the entire way.

Plus their vocal technique and control is good according to many reviews from vocal trainers I don't know why you gotta label them as average. all i can say is that i am proud of enhypen's improvement,. back then it was mostly just heeseung who is doing well in encore but now they're all doing well and have improved a lot.

TxT was trained under bighit before hybe acquisition, tws trained under pledis and bighit from way before hybe, enhypen were also done training during hybe acquisition, boynextdoor was trained by zico, seventeen was slaying since beginning... These girl groups are all those trained (not vocally tho) after hybe acquisition... Hybe only knows pyola nothing else
le sserafim and newjeans were trained before hybe acquisition too so i dont see your point. it isnt a hybe thing its the labels. belift debuted girls with little to no training but their encore was bad because they were sobbing between their lines, enhypen took a few years of training after debut to have all them be able to sing live and stable. source music had great vocal training for gfriend but seemed to get cheap and only hired cheap vocal trainers after they disbanded because chaewon and yunjin are the best vocalists in the group but they both had training outside of source music before they joined there, sakuras vocals have improved but jpop doesnt have much vocal training so her vocals were never strong to begin with. ador collected half of newjeans through source music and the rest were celebrities before they even began training and hyein was already an idol so they likely just sent them offers to audition and they accepted but they all trained for less than a year at ador before debut so they didnt get much training there but they did already have solid foundations either with their own jobs or training before ador. the problem isnt hybe, its the labels

enha were trained mainly under bighit before participating in i-land some of the the members (jungwon) trained under other companies like sm before moving to bighit, bighit trained boy groups definetely do not miss. i also just feel that the girl groups debuting in hybe entirely aren't ready and that doesn't even have anything to do with their age, it has everything to do with their training, jungkook, jungwon, sunoo, in fact all of enha, hyuka and terry have been eating since their debut despite debuting at young ages because again despite their young ages they trained for at least 2 years, terry trained for 3 years, hyuka trained for 2 years and 6 months, jungkook trained for 2 years, and despite riki only training for 9 months he's still eating because he was ready to debut. the type of training these idols go through must be extremely different too because the bgs are hard carrying the talent in hybe right now.
if you compare the legendary bighit trainee yeonjun's level of talent and calibre to what hybe deemed the best female trainee (yunjin) the difference in level even at yeonjun's debut is very evident which makes me very confused as to how different their standards are.
@@inimmzenha definetely did not take a few years after debut to be able to sing live and stable, heeseung, jungwon and sunoo have been putting out perfection since debut, the other members just required a little bit of time to start feeling comfortable and confident, i'd say it was a year max before they started eating.
