HOW WAS OUR $15 EXCURSION in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico??? (Carnival Panorama)

- It is our first time in the Mexican Riviera and we are super excited for our first stop... Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! We get off the ship with no plan… but we want to see the Arches! Many tour vendors will approach you to do this… talk to them!
We negotiate since we have a group and can fill a boat… $15 each!! It was fabulous!! He took us to the Arches, Love Beach, Pelican Rock… and many more sights! We saw seals and sea lions and pelicans! We were dropped off on the beach where we went to The Office for drinks and snacks. It was spring break… need I saw more???
We also hit up the original Cabo Wabo… for more drinks and snacks, and find a tequila tasting on the way back to the ship… it was a very good day!!

We were on the Panorama in Feb. and in Cabo on 2/17. We did the water taxi couldn't believe what we got for the $15. After seeing the arches he dropped us off at Lovers beach and picked us back up in 2 1/2 hours. What a great deal and a great time. First time on Carnival and would highly recommend it others.

@@wanjirungure4364 No we were in port such a small amount of time we just walked up the pier and found the glass bottom boat tours to lover's beach. Great choice! We did a couple of other excursions through Carnival, i.e. whale watching in Puerto Vallarta and a bus tour in Mazatan. Both were good
So it was safe to get this at the port vs booking an overpriced excursion through carnival?

The juevos rancheros is my favorite breakfast on Carnival! We've never been to the Mexican Riviera either but it looks beautiful and this is making me want to go!
We did the arches like 30 years ago from a cruise tour - very similar glass bottom boat-one of the best cruises we ever took! Love that region!

We did an 11 night Mexican Riviera cruise out of San Francisco years ago. Our last stop was Cabo San Lucas. The whole trip was great.
You HAVE to go back for a longer stay. There is so much to do there. We did 5 days/4 nights about 20 years ago and had the time of our lives! ATV excursions across the peninsula, jet-skiing, putting around town on scooters, boat excursions. I never wanted to leave. The combination of seashore with a desert climate was something totally foreign to us, being lifellong Texans used to the muggy beaches at Galveston and Padre Island. Would return in a heartbeat!

Love your vlogs. Have to remember to do that boattrip when we ever got back in Cabo. Been there twice after Panama crossing (with DCL).
We did horseback riding on the beach the first time and a tour with a larger boat and to the glas factory second time. The glass with the blue rim with the margarita remembers me of them. And then those sealions on the back of those boats. Brings back so much memories. Thanks for that.
Cabo is a great place and beautiful sights.

LOVED Cabo!!! We want to go spend a week just in Cabo next year!!! We did zodiac whale watch tour so had to be off ship early-totally worth it-saw mama and babies playing!
Wow! Cabo is BEAUTIFUL. Looks like it may need more than a day to explore though. Y’all should do an all inclusive there someday. ☀️ ❣️

Great vlog. I love going to Cabo and out into the countryside. Next time look for the camel rides or the electric bike rides. Worth the price. Love spotting Dee & Jay - Parodeejay.
How good is the quality of this video and wouldn't be out of place on National Geographic. I also like your version of "Wet Side Story". Your drone vision is amazing and left me up in the air with anticipation. Carnival certainly have fun ships. I can't wait for your next instalment.

Cabo IS beautiful !! We cruise there often and always take the boat tour that you guys took. It was $10 the first time we did it LOL. So, there was this huge yacht ancored in the bay and we asked who owned it... first person we asked said Paul McCartney, next person said Sammy Hagar... everyone you asked had a different answer.... so that's how THAT went LOL

When we went we had to ride in the lifeboats to port . That was very interesting.
I thought I saw you on this cruise but wasn't sure! I was just a few cabins down on deck 8. Nice little ship compared to the others that sail out of long beach. Also Pernawan was awesome!

Great video, had a timeshare there and had many great years in Cabo. Locals would always tell us Sammy is always there 🤦♂️ You definitely need more than a day there but at least you got experience a little Cabo!

Had two days in Cabo - it was amazing! We did the Wild Canyon UTV tour and a lux sailing; worth every penny.

Cabos is one of the few touristy places in Mexico that has alluded me. Hope to get there one day. 🇨🇦🇲🇽

Gonna have to go back....last time in Cabo, only HAL executives and performers were allowed off...we had to high tail it back to sea to avoid a hurricane!
cabo wabo is usually busy but it also charges more then the local places. however i always go.. ;)

BTW … Sammy’s birthday bash is in October every year at Cabo Wabo. We nailed one year and had a table up front (feet on the stage) for Sammy, Steven Stills, and Nine Inch Nails. Check with the bar. Being from San Diego, we do this cruise often.

Cabo was my absolute favorite day of my Riviera cruise and I would do it a hundred times over. One thing you didn't see from the tiny boat was that when you passed Lover's Beach, on the other side is a place they call Divorce Beach. You were on the Sea of Cortez side, on the other side is the Pacific. The water has a seam. One color on one side, another color on the other. It's was so weird. You guys got an awesome deal on an excursion. I'm really glad I was not there during Spring Break though. HA!

Although I have been all over Mexico, the only Baja place I have been to was Ensenada (many times). Would enjoy a cruise from Los Angeles down to Cabo San Lucas. Who knows? Maybe next year or in years to come. Los Angeles is a one day drive from us so that makes Pacific cruises very easy again. You most likely saw Grey Whales but at times huge Blue Whales do come pretty close to the coastline and of course, you also could be seeing migratory Humpback Whales.
