It is wrong to bear down really hard on one child and don't ask the other kids to pitch in.
I can’t stand parents like this! Your children are NOT your retirement plan!!! When you bring a child into this world you’re SUPPOSED to put a roof over their head, clothes them, & educate them! I have yet to meet a child that asked to be here! You prepare your children so that they can make it on their own! Not take care of YOU unless absolutely necessary. If your child has to be financially responsible before and after they leave your house, then they leave your house in debt which puts them at a disadvantage! And heaven forbid they should marry and have children of they’re own and have to listen to the parent throwing what they did for the child growing up, which is manipulation & you’re basically saying “F” the child’s family & personal responsibilities! How is that ever fair! Thus the cycle of financial hardships & poverty is almost IMPOSSIBLE ( in most cases) to over come, sending them into a downward spiral. Next thing you know some may weather the storm, some turn to crime, & some resort to money rituals! This is insane and needs to stop! I thank God my parents didn’t do me & my siblings like this and I’m from a sibling ship of 13. My parents have they’re own retirement in place , they own they’re own home and the only thing they might depend on us to do is visit and bring the grandchildren and spend time with them.
