So if I’m hearing right, for something like knee crepitus, one should: - manage load - tap into more posterior chain musculature - do some quad mobilization (to feed slack into the knee/kneecap - consider compression sleeving the knee to increase temperature & proprioception Am I understanding?
What about preparing a critical joint through flossing? I'll get compression, fill up the area with blood, get more stability in the warm up.... What about doing the exercises with flossing?
Did a good job of explaining this. Physios and doctors tend to skirt around this. The logic being if it's not painful then it's not clinically significant, if its not clinically significant then its not relevant and not a problem. If think the real truth is that creaking/grinding is from cartalige degeneration but professionals want to avoid noocebo and stopping people training leading to weaker joints.
Please make a video on hip mobility for martial arts.
Loved this. Thank you as always
Glad you enjoyed it!

My knees have been making noise for over 45 years. No pain just noise.
