Wow!!! I found this video because im doing a research on how to fix a crack on my friends conga drum, Im a percusionist and a woodworker, but never worked on drums before. You did an amazing job Marine!! Oorah!! (new subscriber by the way)
Hi, very nice work ! I have a pair of LP Aspire whose varnish have been scratched in some spots. Now the wood is naked on these spots. What advise could you give to repair these spots : what is the type of varnish I could put .... ? Any advice welcome. Thanks
Excellent job!!!!! I’ve been a conga player for over 50 years, as you see in my pictures I have seven of them. I never seen a delicate, professional, and excellent finish as yours. I wish you were near to Puerto Rico area. I have to do two sets of them! Thank you for your video!!!!
Hi, I bought an old set of Toca elite series congas. They have the same badges that those drums have. They do not have the metal badge that says elite series like the newer ones. Do you happen to know when those drums were made ? I can't seem to figure it out. Nice work
They look great, so much better...now all they need is a set of Manito heads and they will sound as good as they look...
Nice Job! Was Cory on conga's for your intro music? lol
I love the more Natural wood look. Nice job. 👍🏼

I do not know. I think the owner said they were from the 1960's but Not 100% sure of that.
@@DIYwithUncleCy thanks
