@@MayhemInc so should be okay to dump it with a sprung one? does having a sprung one make a huge difference? ive just heard puks shadder everything but im assuming thats solid center ones?
Peder Tjärnberg just the s15 6 speeds seem harder, but this already had the tunnel hit for more clearance. That's the only problem the hell housing hits the tunnel.
Thnx for answer, really interesting stuff for a Silvia lover and SR20 humper. Yeah, my friend took the easy road on his S15 and loosend the engine and pushed that and gearbox down. On my old S14 Zenki, it was just not possible to reach the top bolt, and since the engine bay was ....optimized (cleaned out of unneeded stuff =) we just lifted engine and gearbox out, was very fast and easy and less ... uncomfortable positions =) Dont know if the wall is different on the S14 Kouki compared to Zenki, but from the little looking i been needing to do underneath (clutch was brand new when i bought that one), it looks just as silly crammed. My S15 gearbox looks brand new, and i will keep it rather stock, so i hope i will not need to sweat underneath the car for that reason =). Just changing to a short shift is more work on the 15 compared to a 14. Im new to the S15 and no experience with S13 cars in general, but hope to own that or a S12 (yes, there some left of them here in Sweden but getting redicolously hard to find them) one day. Thnx for the answer and belive me, there is nutters like me who finds this type of video lovely and intressting. And SR20DET will stay with me as long as there is gas and parts (One of my Silvias in profile pic)
This channel should have a million followers.
bmpTurboGLI one day hopefully
bmpTurboGLI nah I kinda like how this channel isn't followed by clueless 12yos. Just people who share the same passion
Huge ups to Jared for working hard to having that many neat cars and just turning 21. Keep putting in work lads!
Up the puk
"everythings fucked"
damn tell bro i said hbd!💨
How much oil did she take!
The fantom oil is probably causing the clutch to slip!
Thoughts on sprung 5 puk clutch on 6 speed sr box ? Love from Canada cool videos
Have ran plenty, even had 5 puk with 6 speed at 400hp for years no problem

@@MayhemInc thanks for reply
Yea solid centre are brutal. Sprung puk are fine, we gave ours a hiding no problems
Dunno if it's just the camera, but the flywheel machine finish didn't look very nice? Lol
it was perfect, they're not supposed to have a polish look
So its easier getting off the gearbox on a 180, compared to a S14 / S15? (Thinking of that top bolt thats really hard to get to)
SR20DET forever ... or until there is no more gas at least.

what size socket flywheel bolts
What trans oil did you guys use?
Easy shift 75w90
Yo do those screamer downpipes actually work ?
Screamer pipes just vent the waste gate gases to atmosphere, instead of back into the downpipe. But it varies in design and such.
Pavel Kravchuk yeah but does it make the same scream as an external wastegate
IDK. I think blast pipes would drown out the sound, but if not, it should sound similar.
similar to external, just internal ones always leak on idle
Yo did u guys go to hardpark
Alex Fitzgerald na too far away and had too much to do on the cars

Shouldn't you let the clutch break in for a couple hundred kms before unleashing hell onto it? 😂😂
Vtec yo I think it's like 50/50 I see people do it for like 600kms but then I see people do there clutch the day before a track day
