I had a similar experience to this, except my light/ mist anomaly lasted for about a minute and I think it was a Tulpa leaving my body. I was in a very involved process at the time so it made absolute sense.

Did anyone experience missing time? I have come across stories with orbs and people who might be on a one hour journey which they later discover to have taken much longer. I am on the fence about those.
