The front porch really sets the house off ,it really pop's and looks amazing..The Front entrance is nice with the coat closet... Love the long dining room windows..The living Room is designed really well and very spacious..It's so bright and pleasant to walk into.. 💯 SpotOn Topnotch home...😀☀️🌼🌻🌞😊
I hope you had a good visit with your sister,I spent the weekend with my brother and family... family is everything ..once again thnx for the videos!!!😊hello rayden
I really like this home it's beautiful. I wish I had the money and the land to put it on. Or even to get a loan for it. Thank you for showing it Nate. It's a showstopper❤🎉
The business owners and the decorators that stage these homes should have a package where for cost and service charge they can have the home looking just like this when you come home for the first time. "Regular people" (the not famous people) would love the opportunity to step into their new home, all set up. Star treatment. Your channel is great! It's great to see all the homes available.
Wow Nate, I live in Virginia as well. I sold my house to downsize and just like you Nate the prices went out my range. So thank goodness they coming down now and I'm definitely looking around
Very nice! I really like the kitchen....colors, cabinets, everything about it! Not too sure about that front coat closet with that big shelf. Seems to me longer coats wouldn't fit well. Maybe there's more space than I realize. That would not be a deal breaker for me!
Great tour nate and for once this home almost does tick the boxes and is a very nicely designed home and I sure liked the out of the way but not so claustrophobic office, I can see me using that very much and being very happy for one thing keeps all that mess pretty much out of site.
Beautiful home! I wish I lived in north Carolina so that I could get one. Like you, I haven't been able to afford a house but it's never too late for that. Happy New Year sir!
Beautiful home to end the year on Nate. Love having a den to use for the entertainment room, not sure if the space for your television would accommodate some of the larger screens though. The office space, while being small, sure made this home special to me. Like having the master at the end of a short aisle off living room. Wishing you the best in this coming year, glad you can visit family while out in the eastern states. God bless Nate see you in the next year.
Hello Nate! Good video. Fairly nice house. I don't care that much for the open floor plan, but if I wanted the house badly enough, it wouldn't be a deal breaker. This one is wide open! #1) Nice Dining Room. But I'd need to remove those barn doors, which I hate inside the house. Then the area in the middle where the wine cooler and bar is, I would also remove that, because that is where Grandma's China Cabinet would have to go! I like the two little cubbies on each side though, so I'd keep them. I think if they'd allow me to, I'd have them build at least a half wall between the foyer and the dining room. #2) I'm glad there's a Coat Closet in the Foyer. In the Living Room I'd put a gas fireplace or wood-burning stove on the wall opposite the kitchen and then set the furniture around that. We'd have carpet in the Living Room. #3) I kinda like the Kitchen area! Having that bar/island set between the living room and the kitchen does break things up nicely. Don't know if we'd ever use the bar and bar stools or not, but it's still nice looking. We don't really need a dishwasher though, so I'd opt out for that and just add another cabinet or drawers there. I'd want a gas cook stove. Also if possible I'd like to have one of those pot fillers put above the stove. I think that microwave is as high where it's located as it would be above the cook stove! Too high for me to reach it and see in it easily. S9 to the left of the cook stove where that cabinet actually sits on the counter? I'd simply put the microwave in that spot and have the rest of that cabinet sitting on top of the microwave. Where the microwave is shown above the oven, just put another cabinet, or another oven! Sometimes I wouldn't mind having a double oven! We'd build an enclosed deck/porch outside the kitchen/living room door. #4) The Den/Family Room. Standing at the doorway you see straight to the doorway to the utility room. That area would become a hallway for me, because I would close off the Den and make that room into my Library, which is perfect because there is already an Office attached to it! The Office area would also be my sitting room, which would have carpet in it. I'd put a gas fireplace in a area where the entertainment center in the Library is, perfect place for it! Probably put an electric heater in the Office. Or just make do with the central heating and cooling. #5) The Utility Room. It's a nice area. We'd put a Garage outside that back door and build a storage unit and a big Pantry in it with a freezer area. Not sure if I'd leave the sink and counter and cabinets in the utility or not. Might put a pet shower in that spot. #6) I'd use one of the guest bedrooms and turn it into my Music Studio Room, soundproofed, of course. The other Guest Bedroom and Bathroom would be left as is. #7) The Master Bedroom is nice. A nice size too, but it'd be nicer if the closet opening was actually in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. Not a deal breaker, but I prefer the closet be in the bedroom. Carpet in the Bedroom. In the Master Bathroom. I don't like the raised sink counter, so I would change that and put it even with the rest of the countertop. Okay. I don't think there's enough room in the commode area for me to sit comfortably without hitting the walls on each side! The area is kinda long, but narrow. This would have to be changed somehow. I don't need a commode area enclosed anyway as I am mildly claustrophobic, so the door would never get closed with me. (Besides I got accidentally locked in the bathroom once for 12 hours! So I very rarely close the door!). Nate, you said that in another model the commode area and closet area were switched around? I think I kinda remember a house like that. Maybe they could do that with this one; or maybe that model is the one we should be looking at! Guess I need to check it out again! I'd replace the tile shower with a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo. #8) We'd have porches all around to the garage. Some enclosed and some just covered. As usual. Again, Nate, nice house, good video. I miss seeing Raiden. Hope y'all have a HAPPY NEW YEAR, as I am watching this at 3:08 am on Saturday morning, New Years Eve. Have fun, but be careful. God bless you and your family.
As much as the home costs as you’ve shown, I cannot see the reason for wire shelving in all the closets….. no fireplace, no soaking tub: lose-lose for me Nate. BBlessed! Miss Teena
ouch out of my price range. For that price you can get a regular stick built home in a neighborhood with property. At least here in the Raleigh suburbs.
Very nice home just Needs a couple of traditional style fireplace's. The kitchen is the only area I truly have a issue with since I truly don't like the eat at counter to protrude into the living room which this does and with carpet below and that's a no. I'd rather have some upper cabinets with glass fronts in the open space and just as raised countertop so can put food up there if wanted but not eaten from there. I'm not sure if I personally would want the built-ins in the dining room because I need space to hang My wall China hutch, but other than that it is a very nice thing to have for those that don't have the piece's of furniture I have. I wonder if you have a choice to put the entertainment center in the Den since I again have My big Piano I thought that might be the better wall for it while leaving the big wall possibly for TV but then again that means people would pass in front of the TV going to and from the bedrooms and laundry room. Too bad this home doesn't have a half Bathroom for those guests going no further than the living room and dining room areas. I like the master bathroom especially the nice shower, and window that opens and storage. So happy to see the laundry room is where the Water heater is located and that it is in a large easy to access closet, hooray 🎉. I hate white cabinets but that being said these cabinets weren't white more of a eggcream or like you said egg shell but definitely have a touch of yellow in them and although I wouldn't order them I could live with them if say I were married and my wife was really stuck on them where as white is a definite no.
This is a beautiful home but, I don't like walking in the front door with the dining area the first thing you see. I also don't want the master closet in the bathroom.
Putting the air return in the bottom of the coat closet at the front door is just silly! They need to find a better place for it. Other than that it is a really nice home. I'd make my own tweaks but still really nice.
Most everything I put up in my first year was all Montana based Dealers. Closet to you that I have up would be Great Homes in Missoula or Patty Semans and Gregs Homes in Kalispell. Another excellent dealer I have filmed at is Majestic Homes in Billings.
The open concept of this model reminds me of an apartment. There is no privacy for the master bedroom. That should be away from the "public" areas of the home, at the other side of the house.
You always put outlet by door not where the seating area is on front porch.. or above for people to use for Christmas light.hate the pillers why do you always put them in the home the are so ugly and doesn’t give the open filling. Go with all carpet or all floors not both .. doesn’t have the wow factor. Omg dinning room take barn doors off take side walls off make it a full buffet area ho can put food out on that for the holidays. Yea no
I am so in love with this house!!

it's a great tour Nate, and definitely is one of the premier showcases, price is generous for all this

This is a beautiful home, love that it has a living room and den! I would have quartz countertops for the kitchen and bathrooms.
Nice tour Nate. Thank you.

I can completely understand why you had to wait to buy...Hopefully the prices will continue to drop making buying a home affordable. Nice home!
Absolutely love it 😀
Woo, was this video filmed in summer??? Man, it looks warm outside, unlike this crazy winter we're having so far. Thanks, Nate for this video!!!
Was filmed middle of October. It was still in the 80's

Personally I would want the water closet on the outer wall where there is a window
I love this home, but you did not show bottom of master shower. Was there a bench in the shower?

I agree with that!! No fireplace in either rooms. It really lacks that charm of one!
@@denisehood958most manufactured homes do not have a fire place! U people and ur dumb ass unnecessary comments!
I think so
Hey Nate do you ever film anything in Iowa or the mid west
How about 2 masters
About the only thing I could think to add is a pantry.
Putting the air return in the bottom of the coat closet at the front door is just silly! They need to find a better place for it. Other than that it is a really nice home. I'd make my own tweaks but still really nice.
It doesn't check ALL of the boxes...is it available outside of their area? Then box missed.
Check out R-Anell web site. They may have a dealer in your area if you are in the south east area.
Home dealers in Montana? We own property in Thompson Falls, Montana.

Just about a perfect layout. Don't like the dining area built in, I can live with everything else.
Stop with the split sink can't fit the larger pots in them it's a huge problem for people that cook larger meals only complaint on this one😎
Get some handicap mobile homes
Most any home can be ordered accessible.
A den used to be an office. Now a family room you call a den. Go figure ?
It comes down to what area you are from. . ... Soda or Pop
Back in the day, a den was a tv room.
Nice home. Too much $$ though...
Nothing watching a video
