Say curry is the body of a Ferrari smooth and nice but its whats under the hood that you don't see which is the engine that makes it go...it's the entagables and things you don't see on the stat sheets that draymond provides, that works well with the core

    • @bradleylovej
      @bradleylovej 2 года назад +9

      I also think it's really important how they understand the game is bigger than them and being a team means actually being a team. They have the old Spurs model. Once I saw a reporter ask Popovich how they find players for San Antonio. Pop said, "We look for guys that are over themselves." Warriors embody this perfectly. People want to hate them, but I'm not even a Warrior fan and I love this team.

    But as good as this team is now, if Curry can stay at a high level along with Draymond and Klay while Wiseman and Kuminga turn into monsters and Wiggins and Poole become all-star players...they could literally have seven all-star level players on the team two years from now. See how the narrative goes? 2014 when curry was already a 2x allstar..thats the moment matt realised curry was special. For context curry took davidson to 1st ncaa win in 50yrs, was 2nd in ROY voting, dropped 53 at the garden , had the 1st 30pts triple double of any rookie in 16yrs of warriors history but the time he realised curry was special was when draymond was drafted.. yall dont see how the narrative is being formed.. see curry's google photos add, see how he showed klay but left dryamind out. Curry knows who you really are.. pippen was never shit without MJ but tried to tell us he was the reason MJ was grewt even though MJ aready had 2 scoring titles before he was even drafted. Curry won a playoff series vs denver in 2013 when draymind was playing 5min per game but klutch will revise history that his 5mpg is teh reason they won

      If Warriors win more chips,
      FMVPs:
      2022: Draymond Green.
      2023: Klay Thompson.
      2024: Jordan Poole.
      2025: Not Stephen Curry.
      Meanwhile Curry be averaging 30 pts triple double in those finals while getting double teamed from half court lol

      Draymond is never einning FMVP over curry. U need to average at least 20ppg in a series to win fmvp thesedays. Draymond hasnt scored 20pts in any nba game since christmas day 2019

      This guys are all clowns... the “super team” was only super because of Steph... Steph is the only reason Dray & Klay were considered all stars. Dray is important but we all saw his triple single and individual value without Steph out-there.

      Curry never became a finalist and champion until Dray was in the starting 5, and leading the defense. A successful team is not built on stars, but on chemistry. Do a check on how the Lakers look right now.

    s/o to dray for letting him talk. i see so many of these where the host will just not let the guest get a sentence in without cutting them off.
