How One Colorado Church Is Giving Foster Parents a Needed Break and Their Kids a Night of Fun

Foothills Calvary hosts a regular event called "Kids Night Out." It's a powerful win-win for all involved. It gives foster parents a night to rest, recharge, and go on a date. It gives the kids in their care a night to have lots of fun with other kids and form healthy relationships with adult volunteers who are trauma informed. It continues to be a major success and Nate and Falon's smiles as they describe it show just how fun and rewarding it's been.
