Note that the plastic and water shader used in this video does not cast any shadows. So if you want it to be as realistic as possible its best to use a simple Glass BSDF.
If you mean what you can see in the thumbnail. Then I appologize, I did that a few months after uploading the video. And I dont remember exatly how I did it. But I know I used a Plane for the ground and then for the back I extruded one of the sides and then beveled the corner to get a smooth line between back wall and ground. I hope you understand what I mean. Then I dont remember if I used an hdri or a three point light. And my lights have never been so advanzed so I dont think its super hard to get similar results. I usualy try to replicate a photo studio setup

The tool is called "Inset", not "Insert".
