Thank you! Just press S to scale, then press Z to snap along z-axis, then press 0. To snap, just hold CTRL, then drag to the nearest point you want to snap.
when i add the screw modifier its always bigger than the cap how can i make it snap to the cap or like the same size without scaling cuz i cant connect it to the bottle then
Like sure it looks good, but for a game or a scene it's not very practical. using subdivision surface is great an all but if you apply that, the poly count is going to be extremely high and extremely excessive for a bottle. you could achieve the same thing with the base topology, some bevels where necessary and the shade smooth option to round it off. but for a render specifically just for a bottle, yeah its good.

The only tutorial one needs to learn modelling a bottle. Really impressive👏👏
Thank you so much 😀
BLENDER is so great for modelling
Awesome, great detailed tutorial 👍🏼
Thanks so much!
5:43 . Bro I have calculated normal. There is no overlapping vertex either. But when I add ctrl+r.. the top is only half .
Ahh I can handle it 🤞素晴らしい
thanks dude

You're welcome!
Thanks for the tips
Hi, great job !
Can you explain me how to align edges to the Z axis at 5:30 ?
Also, how do you snap your mesh at 7:55 ?

Just select one vertices, press shift + D to duplicate it, with that vertices selected press P to separate by selection.
very nice.. fast and clean.. i just don't know what happening...
Is this a tutorial or a speed build?

I need basic info why does everyone make videos for pros, I'm new and need a lot of help
learn the basics of object and edit mode then use the 1min videos. its so much easier that way, compared to these long and usually blring videos
