Negan's moveset is perfect for the character. He has a hidden knife quick hit. Several 2 and 3 banger combos that lead to throws or shortcut versions of those. His armor whistle for intimidation and a slew of sleazy tricks up his sleeve.
What I'm so impressed by is that knee just keeps evolving in Tekken 7. Whenever there are new characters or tech added he adjusts and ends up in the finals again haha.
Yea neegan is my favorite to play with and was my main for the longest and I thought I had good mixes, but this humbled me big time, the movement alone was insane. Surely yeonwas intimidated as “knee”gan does lol

His trailer just had me captivated and I knew I had to play him (I still think it's the best reveal trailer we've ever gotten and I'm including Tekken 8 reveals). I will offer an alternative that might be just as cool though: murder jacket Rick. Imagine his winning animation as "shut up" or "we are the ones who live" and the BANG. I don't think it will happen but it would be awesome imo.

It looked like a couple of things to me one he may or may not know the match up and two because he was going up against Knee he might of been feeling nervous I just was noticing how for better word restrained he played against him but as time goes on and the more he goes up against caliber players like Knee and gets even more experience he will be one to look out for but GG to both of them for a good tournament 👍

Nah it’s not that it’s just wicked telegraphed and it’s really easy to block it and punish someone badly for throwing it out with reckless abandon. You can catch people with it if they are spamming attacks but a smarter opponent will know that when their opponent gets rage they gotta tone it down and not get caught by the rage art/rage drive attacks.

I swear anytime a character does good everyone calls them broken. But to your point, it just shows how good the majority of the cast can be. Tier lists hardly matter in the current state of Tekken for most people.

I even pointed out the frames and potential mix ups n everything! 🤦🏾♂️ But yeah I agree, most people don't get affected until around purple ranks but even then that's like 20% of the community
