If you do not have house tabs, use dust+law runes to teleport. Those save that 1 item slot. You get loads of them from dust devils. Maybe try bursting there also if going for further levels.
9:58 you dont lose any ticks due to that bush, because when you move diagonally, it's the same as moving in a straight line. If the bush forced you to walk directly south or north, then you would lose a tick

That bush at 10:00 doesn't do anything bad for the game. It takes the same amount of steps if it's there compared to when it's not there. Your objective is to go east, and you don't ever stop going east by going north. I could understand if it ran under the bush and had to go north a square then east, but as it is now, it doesn't obstruct anything.
You can attack phase 3 Glough twice when he attacks you only once. After clicking attack, wait until you hear your attack sound and just after that click on the minimap. That way you get 2 hits on him before you run to safespot. Tried it with mage longbow.

For house teleport you should be able to kill Flesh Crawlers for easy dust runes, so it only costs 2 spaces.
there's a fountain that can charge your glory for free in the Hero's Guild so you don't need to waste any of your dragonstone charge scrolls.
