    If the peripheral anterior synichea is present in both eyes but the IOP is normal corneal thickness is 475 disc is healthy then should it be included in the category of angle closure glaucoma and the age is 22???

      The presence of peripheral anterior synechiae in both eyes suggests an underlying angle closure process, but with normal intraocular pressure , healthy optic discs, and a relatively young age of 22, this patient does not meet the criteria for angle closure glaucoma. Instead, this condition may be best classified as primary angle closure, indicating a risk for developing glaucoma without current evidence of optic nerve damage or elevated IOP
