    seem like there is a thin film that cover on mold before laying prepreg on, what is it? and what is that for?

      Normally silicone I think

    But does it still need a mold/shape it can lay the fibres over which can later be removed?

      Thanks for the question! A mold is not necessary 100% of the time. It will depend on the part. As you can see in the video, we can use, for example, a cylindrical mandrel to create a part, but we also have the ability to build parts up from a flat panel by placing layers one at a time. Depending on the shape of the part, we'll decide the best method.

    Can this do rubber like NEOPRENE or SBR or NYLON? My company makes sleeves for valves and done by hand.

      Hi Timothy. We have worked with these materials, but there are some challenges. In short, if its a rubber composite, we can process it. Neat resins however, while possible, are more difficult.
