TVS victor 110 cc had the same adjustable suspension in 2004
TVS products are good but their service centers suck big time. This is based on my own TVS Jupiter experience in Mumbai.

Even my 2004 CT100 has rear 5 step adjustable suspension. Adjustable rear suspension was given in those times but no one knew those features.

@@jathinkanekal oh OK thank you bro for your reply it is base variant I think there was round shaped headlamp and trapezoidal headlamp even we have the same as yours ie round shaped headlamp and didn't know that it's suspension in rear was adjustable

Tvs pure Indian mei ek aisi company hai jo market ko ache se research karke fastly usko jaldi pura kar dete hai. Aisi koi bhi indian or bahar ki co. Nahi karti. I proud to tvs co. Mere pass apache 1604v special edition hai bike are awesome.

How many gears are in this bike ? All front / back or mixed i.e 1st front and 3,4,5, rear like Apache. Gear shifting in Apache is not smooth, getting into neutral is a tough job in Apache.
Bhai TVS ko aap suggestions do meri taraf say ki silver colour Radeon mai launch kare jo royal Enfield classic ka silver colour hai waisa.

apke jaisa experienced reviewer average efficiency ko realtime ya instantaneous efficiency kaise bol sakta hai 🙄.. the pre facelift raider and this facelifted radeon has the same instrument cluster which doesn't have the feature of displaying IFE.

Its actual TVS has changed the game. But it's the reality of TVS that since the BS4 norms come in the engine reliability of the Apache series has gone for a toss. I was a TVS customer earlier my first bike was TVS Apache 1604v Dual Disc ABS bought back in MAY 2019. After 1 year, the engine sounds weird, and I have completed only 8K KMS. The service centre didn't help, and their customer care didn't help, they sent the mail to support, and sent the tweet as well. I haven't received any reply from them. Then I took help from a local mechanic he resolves the issues but that did not last for a longer period of time after clocking 15k kms still got the same issues. then I sold it to one of the buyers who got it from OLX. Prior to opting for local mechanic help, I went through almost 20 TVS dealerships all in DELHI NCR literally no one helped. Adding more features might not be a big task for a TVS but after-sales service is the big issue with TVS. They should work on engine reliability instead of adding features. The engine is the soul of any automobile, not the features. Well, this is my opinion about TVS. So, If anyone is reading from TVS please do work on your engine reliability.
Bro i guess ur tappet sound was the noise abt which u have mentioned.
It requires regular adjustment after every 6k to 10k kilometers depending upon the way u ride.its natural with every bikes.
Tapped and valve clearance settings is a mandatory thing for every bike.
Leaving that the company recomends us to change the engine oil after4000kms, which itself isa big scam. Its a scam coz its like slow poison which worsens a bike's engine life. They recommend such bullshit engine oil change interval coz they want our bike to get issues just after the warranty period is over and thus we will approach them for buying spares of that bike. (If also we sell the bike,thenext owner will go for buying the spares from tvs.) But who knows abt these scam they do there oil changes within 1800kms to 2000kms(mineral oil). 2200kms(if semi synthetic). 3200kms (if synthetic, provided topup is performed after 1800kms once).
As per me semi synthetic oil is the best .
For Apache 160 4v
Changing the engine oil after every 2000kms keeps the bike engine new and best in condition for years.
1 Lakh aaram se cros kar jati hai yeh bike with proper maintenance.
Tapped adjustment aur jarurat padne se tensioner change karna padta hai 60k kms bad. 160 4v really is a durable bike.

M facing the same issue with my fzs dlx. (Recently bought it).
They aren't willing to adjust the tapped.
So i m supse to go near good experienced local mechanic for tapped adjustment.
If i ignre adjusting my tapped anytime soon it will cause valve damage in my bike. If i approach them after the issue is severe ,these guys will blame my driving habits and say that i m the one ruining my bike.
Still they will not touch the tapped by themselves.
Verbally they want us to fight i guess so as to get our work done..

@@digsawai grt brother! U r really a person who care for there bike . I also did the same with my hornet 160r . 1.2lakh kms in 3years.
Followed regular oil change,
Althg i ride it for 800kms a day many times, still it never gave me any issue even after clocking 1lakh kilometres.
Its really impressive to know that tvs victor can also cross the 2lakh milestone with proper maintenance.

I am TVS fan but this bike is Only for City rides & not meant for Highway and Long Rides.
Similarly, his competitor Bajaj CT 125x is good for both city and highway ride.
Bajaj is clear winner here.

Gagan Bhai, Mera 1 question hai. Aaj kal bahot sare automated functions aa rahe hai. Jaise ke 2 wheeler me combi break system, Jo accha hai. But kya aise features ke bajas se drivers ke driving skills Kam ho rahe hai. Aap iske bareme kya sochate ho.
Combi break system is not automated lol. It's just wires connected

Mahindra centuro mein height adjustable rear shock absorber, anti theft remote key , service reminder, distance to empty (DTE), clock, fuel economy alert, follow me headlamp, bike locator alarm, anti theft alarm,83kmpl milleage 2013 mein hi available ho gya tha bro
somehow Mahindra never became hit in 2 wheelers. Even they introduced 125cc scooter long back and one of their scooters had front fuel cap just like Jupiter 125
