Whoa talk about the home of all homes! 😳 OMGosh, there is nothing that was not thought about in this home. Even air vents in the ceiling to laundry shoots (lol), I thought only those in upstairs rooms. It is look to be built so well not to mention *BEAUTIFUL* I love every room, they are sooooo large. The master bedroom is so big & awesome with the extra space for computer and sitting chair. I can't talk about each & every room, but this is one big, beautiful, well thought out, spacious & lovely home that I would love to own. I didn't hear the measurements or price 😊 But I'am at the age of downsizing anyway, if I were a few yrs younger, no doubt I would be checking into this beautiful home. Thank you for sharing 👫🌻🏡🌼🌞🌷

Your......"can be mirrored"? I hope you are talking about mirrors ... like over a bathroom vanity. If you asking Palm Harbor if they can mirror a floor plan......don't hold your breath. That would require figuring out and holding 90's off a wall. And trust me....Palm Harbor cannot do that. I live in a Palm Harbor mobile trailer. The kitchen island was totally askew....thus proving.... PH can't pull a 90.
Stress Belden, would you mind answering a few questions? How are your heating and cooling bills? Do you think they are well insulated and how old is yours! I hope you don’t mind helping me out. We are considering a mobile home because we need to downsize.
I've watched many Palm Harbor homes and love them but this floor plan is really throwing me off and it doesn't flow. This floor plan would have to be scrapped and started over for me. Beautiful size but bad layout and wasted space. I can't even begin where to start because there are so many things.
