- In this video, I interview the legendary Mark Cuban about his new company Cost Plus Drugs, which seeks to change pharma, by getting people cheap access to low cost generic drugs.
We go beyond that to talk about healthcare as a whole and what makes American healthcare so expensive.
Outside that, we talk about Elon Musk, if crypto is a scam, Russia and some fun Shark Tank stories.

I love how honest Cuban was about the Mark up and how generics don’t always work as well. Iv been through that where the pharmacy has to special order name brand meds for me bc the generic they had switched to didn’t do anything for me. As someone that deals with pharmacy’s a lot he really doesn’t seem like he’s trying to bs and make a quick buck he has some heart into it as well
Hey Charles, great interview. I have a suggestion. I noticed this interview doesn't really have many views compared to what it should have, given its value and awesome answers. You should maybe try to take this long video and reuse the content by doing what you do best, which is that short form video of someone with you on the front giving context. In this case you have a short vid of you going 'Mark Cuban gives his take on AI in America' or 'Mark Cuban's thoughts on immigration' then have the part of vid of Mark answering play. I'm sure you could come up with a better line. But basically go through every single one of your questions and each of Mark's answers and clip them and turn them into short vids. I wouldn't publish them back to back, but publish one every few days for the next few weeks or something. Anyway, I got to enjoy a fantastic interview, so thanks man.

Was gonna recommend for my mom to use cost plus drug for her several prescriptions but her insurance covers it 100% no co pay like he was trying to say a lot of people don’t pay a co pay its fully covered by insurance

You need to slow down a bit because youre coming across like you’re on the spectrum. People (including Cuban) don’t want to do rapid fire questions on vaguely relevant topics to prove how smart they are. Everyone is busy and tired, especially these billionaires, and the last thing they want to do is answer rapid fire questions from some guy they don’t know or care about. Ease them into it and ask them a few simple questions. Acknowledge when they give you an answer instead of jumping straight into the next stupid question without skipping a beat. Thank them periodically for their time and insight because they are doing you a favour and really have nothing to gain by doing the interview with you.
