There is absolutely nothing wrong with the bus driver in this case. The truck was overspeeding, there was plenty of time for him to stop.
@@niranjan286In normal countries if one is going to stop they indicate and then pull over to the side, they don't just stop in the middle of the road without warning.
Yes, the truck was at fault for not driving to the conditions but if the bus had pulled over this wouldn't have happened

@@supreeths6006 LOL Airbag ! This happened 5 years ago ! and we Indians were blaming seat belt rules at that time. ! Air bags became mandatory for OEMs recently ! Icing on the cake here is, the bus seems to be a government bus. ! the two hooligans creating ruckus on indian roads are 1. Auto walas, and two government bust drivers ! they ll only stop at dead centre of the roads and most of the buses lack basic maintenance especially brake lights and turn indicators.. and they drive as if the roads are owned by their baap !

I think The bus is the primary reason, it stopped almost on the middle of the road without giving side to vehicles behind it. Secondly, the lorry having got almost enough time to slow down but still fails to make it fast, wasn't fully loaded too. That van didn't get enough time though, still guilty in too some extent heading strait to the lorry without turning to the right a bit (23,24th seconds). However, early slowing down the lorry would have made the van turn to the left and most possibly avoid the collison. A Vertical camera angle could make everything clearer. Speed wasn't even the case here, looked normal.👍
This is lorry driver mistake, and mainly the road is not wide. Lorry driver has enough time to slowdown and not to over take the bus. Waste fellow.
@@achyuthanandan3614 Come on buddy !!! I've shown all of them what they did & what they could have done. Now Why u r only busy with the second one !? When anything happen , good or bad, the first thing is the prior contributer or guilty. Likewise this bus driver made the lorry driver feel or think to make such turn. Otherwise why this didn't happen at the very beginning of this footage when u can clearly see almost a similar bus & almost a similar lorry ran across side by side !? Because no vehicle made them think or feel to have a sudden turn. Also pavements from both side of the road almost equal the width of the main road. So, that bus driver had enough space & all the times in the world to have a side in left and give open view & space to vehicles behind it. But he didn't !!! Even he could easily stop the bus on half of the road & half of the pavement, after all none was there. So, u can't say the raod is wider. Rather u have to thank the lorry driver to make a quick decision to save that man was standing towards his turn. Also it's always easy pissy to stop a bus in empty road and empty pavement beside it, but surely not for a larger and havier vehicle like a lorry in compare. U can watch & watch the footage,, read & reread my reply, but u can never realize only if u don't open ur eyes, like that bus driver for sure. Now make sure u don't waste ur words, don't waste urself, anyone or anything. Just don't .....

Bus drivers stop the vehicle whenever and wherever they think, without any indication. Most part is his mistake,, and the long vehicle also has trailed the bus closely with high speed!

1. 100% sure that the Bus driver would NOT have put the Indicators ON
2. No parking bay for a bus stop. Compared to lives lost it would have been way more efficient to create parking spaces on highways
3. The truck going at high speed even though it was loaded to its gills and more!!!
Bus stopped abruptly without tail warning lights i guess. loggy driver should have maintained safer distance in transit. Its hard for a loaded lorry(lorry is heavly loaded with steel bars, it may look nothing but its heavier than it looks) to stop in such a short span. Even if truck driver tries to stop he may have bumped into the bus for sure, see the video multiple times to realize that.

its just misfortune,
accident should not have occurred if
1) there was a proper bus bay seperate from the main road.
2) the bus had not rapidly slowed down from a speed.
3) the heavy truck was maintating a proper safe distance from the vehicles infront.
4) the bus had not stopped at a non bus stop location.
5) there were marking on the road indicating no lane change signs.
6) the road was wide enough to avoid a crash by over steeing.
4 of these 6 are a fault of faulty government.

Truckwala had enough time to apply breaks. The bus was nearing its regular stop. As the bus slowed down, that ulloo ka patta should have known that bus is going to stop and should have slowed down. I have seen truck drivers drive all over India, how they drive, mostly they are drunk when they drive. That is why new rules is being made, to prevent them being cruel and murderers of innocent people. Problem is 99% of truck drivers are from social very low tier and barely can read and write and are drunkards.

When you trasnsporting a heavy dangerous load, you are expected to drive in total control. Bus did not stop urgently. It is a public vehicle. When the bus stopped, the truck should have slowed down. Overtaking was a careless decision. Must be punished.
